1. Extended Reach

Pmeasuring.com

You know your company is very good at certain things. This will attract a market if you can get your information in front of them.

Let's assume for a moment that your have already done this - you have penetrated the consciousness of your target market. How big is that increase and, more importantly, how large an increase can you service? You may need to stage this.

If you sell shoes or hot tubs, donuts or real estate, how much of the market do you now control? If you could extend your reach, how much more are you currently able to service? What percentage of the market is that?

It is probably a small amount and yet it would make a large difference to your business.

Let's go back and look at how to get in front of this extended market share. First you need a tool that is THERE, that is compelling and that is customer friendly - that does not intimidate and that is convenient. You probably already have a physical plant, a store or an office. It has earned you your current market share.

Now you need to extend your reach. This is where a website can help. Just like your existing building, your website can represent you on many computers connected to the Web. However, after you have made the new, extended market share aware of your business, you have to convert them into customers.

This has to be done by the website. It must be good.

The biggest complaint we received from our members was that they couldn't find anything on the [ old] BARA Website. There were limitations to the searching function and it just took too long to hunt down information. Furthermore, we simply outgrew our menu items and functionality.

Web Media Engineering offered the best vision for the BARA's Website functionality and capability, and the company's technology was more advanced than what we could find elsewhere.

But what impressed us the most was when the Web Media Engineering team came to the final selection meeting and unveiled a nearly completed, functioning Website for BARA. We were amazed at their speed and timeliness to put together the test site in just a few days. We knew then this was the company we wanted to do business with.
