Guiding Boulder's Fiscal Decisions

Boulder Tomorrow is a service organization composed of concerned citezens, community political leaders and business leaders.

Its historic roll has been to fund studies which investigate the outcomes of policy proposals before the community. Any community with such guiding organizations is fortunate indeed.
