Website Design - Calendaring on Steroids

A client needed calendaring so we built a highly advanced one. It is fully automatic in that the client's staff only needs to add a new event document and the calendar will automatically display the event on the correct day. The events are very flexable and we can customize the whole system since we built all the code in-house. The whole system is even integrated with a full ecommerce system for registering and paying for events. This is not a canned solution that a client has to modify their business to fit into.

Behind the scenes we converted more rendering to Python scripting to (1) speed the applications, (2) speed development time, (3) reduce database footprint and (4) reduce long-term maintenance time and costs.

All this is continuing to aim at efficiency and scalability so very large applications can easily be built with CompoundDoc.
